Growing up in the United States Air Force provided many opportunities for me to enjoy and experience various cultures all over the world. I have explored Russia and China on several occasions to seek out, acquire, and personally restore vintage military aircraft from these countries. An aviator for over thirty years, I routinely pilot these aircraft to display at civilian and military airshows across America. This not only allows me to share my adventures and love of aviation with hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic fans but it also presents the unique opportunity to personally market my book at these events. Several of my stories have been published in the United States and Australia with others in press in England.
